By signing up as a volunteer, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I am volunteering of my own free will and understand that my services are provided without compensation.
• I agree to follow the Temple’s rules and safety guidelines.
• I accept responsibility for my health and safety during volunteer activities.
• I release the Temple from any liability during my volunteer service.
• The Temple may assign or modify volunteer duties as needed.
